Tingues en compte que la dieta no ha de ser avorrida i restrictiva per a aconseguir l&#8217;objectiu. De fet, aquestes solen produir l&#8217;efecte contrari i generar ansietat i frustraci\u00f3. Per tant, la nostra recomanaci\u00f3 principal \u00e9s seguir una dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, sana, equilibrada amb aliments de temporada.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recomanacions per a baixar de pes <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ingereix <strong>prote\u00efnes de qualitat<\/strong>, ja sigui d&#8217;origen animal (buscant aquelles carns magres i amb baix contingut en greixos, com la carn de #polit, pollastre o conill, ous i lactis), com d&#8217;origen vegetal a base de llegums i grans. \u00c9s important no excedir-se en el consum de carns vermelles, l&#8217;ideal \u00e9s no m\u00e9s d&#8217;un dia per setmana. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el consum de carbohidrats, opta per aquells <strong>carbohidrats complexos amb un baix \u00edndex gluc\u00e8mic<\/strong>. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, els cereals integrals, l&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral, el blat negre, la civada, quinoa, o moniato s\u00f3n bones opcions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><g id=\"gid_0\">Limita el consum de greixos saturats<\/g> com les presents en carns grasses, olis de coco o palma i mantega. <g id=\"gid_1\">Elimina el consum de greixos trans<\/g> i hidrogenats, presents en aliments processats i brioixeria industrial. Reempla\u00e7a-les per <g id=\"gid_2\">grasses monoinsaturadas i poliinsaturades<\/g> presents en peixos i mariscos, nous, llavors (xia, lli, gira-sol\u2026) i olis vegetals com l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<br\/>\n  <br\/>\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumeix de <strong>2 a 3 peces de fruita<\/strong> de temporada di\u00e0ries (pot variar segons l&#8217;objectiu) per a aconseguir una dieta rica en antioxidants i vitamines. Les fruites c\u00edtriques tenen menor contingut cal\u00f2ric, entre elles estan la taronja, mandarina o kiwi. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inclou <strong>llegums de 2 a 3 vegades per setmana<\/strong>. Per exemple, les mongetes, llenties i cigrons s\u00f3n algunes de les opcions amb molta versatilitat en les opcions de men\u00fa.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumeix <strong>verdures <\/strong>variades di\u00e0riament, i si pot ser, en cada menjar, la que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi. Pot ser carabasseta, ceba, porro, pebrots, alberg\u00ednia, br\u00f2coli, coliflor\u2026 la varietat \u00e9s gaireb\u00e9 infinita! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limita el consum de <strong>sodi <\/strong>per a prevenir la retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids i la pujada de tensi\u00f3 arterial. \u00c9s molt freq\u00fcent trobar quantitats elevades de sal en aliments envasats, preparats, snacks i enllaunats. Intenta substituir el consum de sal per esp\u00e8cies o llimona.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menja en un <strong>ambient relaxat<\/strong>, sense presses i amb una correcta <strong>masticaci\u00f3 <\/strong>per a evitar malestars digestius i ansietat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>hidrataci\u00f3 <\/strong>\u00e9s crucial per a un correcte funcionament de l&#8217;organisme; consumeix entre 1,5 i 2L d&#8217;aigua diaris i evita el consum de begudes ensucrades, aliments processats amb alt contingut en sucre, com \u00e9s el cas de lactis ensucrats, cereals refinats, refrescos i sucs. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realitza <strong>activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong> sovint combinant activitats aer\u00f2biques i anaer\u00f2biques i mantingues un estil de vida actiu.
